More than just a campsite in Vendée, the La Forêt campsite in Saint-Jean-de-Monts is a unique spot that ensures your holiday is both relaxing and peaceful! On our beautiful 1-hectare wooded grounds, you’ll receive personalised attention and always be at the heart of our care.

Open from April to September, our family-friendly campsite is ready to offer you a warm welcome at the reception:

  • in high season from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • in low season from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Our team is at your service, speaking French, English and German, to provide valuable advice and help you explore the region at your own pace and according to your preferences, with kindness and friendliness.

At La Forêt campsite, you’re never just a number, and you’ll also contribute to sustainable and socially responsible tourism!

Welcome to the reception

We  also welcome pets at our campsite in Vendée. Indeed, our establishment boasts a fine sandy beach (Plage du Pont d’Yeu, facing the ile d’Yeu) where you can take your pet along. In this regard, some of our mobile homes or rentals can accommodate you and your dog, for example. Just let us know when you book. We offer a special DOG shower on the campsite. To ensure your stay in Vendée with your four-legged companion goes smoothly, please:
  • keep it on a leash within our premises
  • have its vaccination record up to date
Please note that Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted. Expect a fee of €5 to €10 per day per pet.

For your comfort, we provide private parking with electric charging stations, free Wi-Fi, a laundry room equipped with an iron and ironing board, a snack bar and a grocery store. In the morning, enjoy your freshly baked breads and pastries, available for pre-order (to be reserved the day before and picked up at the snack bar).

Finally, the security of the site, ensured by day and night surveillance (access to the site is closed between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.), provides you with complete peace of mind. The guarantee of peaceful days and nights!

Equipment available for loan or rental

Enjoy peaceful and serene holidays with the thoughtful services of your family-friendly campsite in Vendée! Experience a hotel-like holiday and enhance your comfort by taking advantage of our linen and towel rental service! For your little ones, you’ll also find practical equipment available for loan or rental (baby bath, high chair, and travel cot are free; changing table, etc.), as well as a private baby room and child-friendly toilets in the toilet block.

Rent a bike from the campsite

Set off to explore the dune and forest trails by bike right from the campsite! Thanks to our partnership with Monts-Bicloo, you can rent your bike directly at the campsite. In addition to bike rentals, we offer numerous services for touring cyclists and holidaymakers who enjoy bike rides: secure bike storage, parking rails, repair kits and various accessories.

Free shuttle service: we’ll pick you up from the bus station or from Beauvoir airport!

To make your arrival easier, we can pick you up at the Saint-Jean-de-Monts bus station or the Beauvoir-sur-Mer airport. Enjoy our private shuttle service on request, as well as our partnership with Moven Flight, which offers first flight experiences and introductory ULM flights during your stay!

Delicious goodies to take away

On holiday, you shouldn’t have to deal with cooking and washing dishes for every meal. To take a break, visit our snack bar open from June to September. You can enjoy mussels and fries, pizzas, burgers, roasted chicken and fish & chips. Delicious takeaways to enjoy on your terrace!

Nearby shops

Experience peace and quiet without being isolated – that’s what our family-friendly campsite in Vendée offers. You can easily leave your car behind and walk to the beach or bike to the shops. Restaurants, a bakery and other food shops are just 1,000 metres away. A 20-minute cycle is all it takes to reach the Saint-Jean-de-Monts market. To travel a bit further, take advantage of the bus line that stops 300 metres from your accommodation!
